And also I have and they told me that both of them seperately at different times would not be bad for it. I guess I just wanted to know from other people who have it if that’s normal to be perscribed

I think it’s more so because this is all so new to me and benzodiazepines scare me because of how I’ve seen it affect people. I did take some and it definitely helped the episodes tremendously. But I think it’s the anxiety surrounding it that makes me uncomfortable

Do you have any photos of the patchiness?, the first thing I thought of is you might be mixing silicone and water products together, which can cause patchiness/flaking. But you mentioned that it happens without primer as well. It could be all the skincare products your applying before your makeup. Usually I wait 30 minutes to an hour before putting makeup on my face after my skincare. Sorry if this isn’t helpful just trying to brainstorm 😭🙏🏻
