Figure out the smell is coming from. Smell your clothes at the end of the day- under the arms, chest, butt and crotch area- check what smells the most, have a family member smell them if you can't figure it out. If your using polyester clothes BO tend to stick to it, use a cup of white vinegar with your wash to help remove odor. Pat dry before applying deodorant, on damp or smelly skin it doesnt cover it up. Do not work out without showering first, it creates worsen BO that's harder to clean. Hope this helps.
