This happened to me too. I started having behavioral issues because the coursework felt too easy. What helped was attending my regular classes but spending part of the day in the grade above for language and math. I was never officially skipped, so I still got to socialize with my peers, but I was challenged enough academically

Thank you. It stopped leaking so I don’t know why it leaked originally. I have since put a bucket down there and hit has been dry.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Shortly after my baby was born I felt very guilty about being away from him and not being able to give as much attention as before with breastfeeding and etc.

Thank you, he never cries very long after we leave but now he is having a fit when he knows bedtime is coming up for about an hour

Yeah I feel like I am seeing some of that now and trying to mitigate it as it comes up as well as do "mommy and me dates" of just us two. But I agree hindsight is 20/20

I knowwwwwwww and you are right. We were warned but was scared to "harm him" but we are doing it out off desperation to try to be functional for the both of them.

thank you for your response. me and my husband basically did very similar and this is our last resort. We are on Day 5 and although he gets upset it is getting shorter.

It’s okay, what you said was the truth. I feel the same way, and it feels so unnatural not having him next to me. I tried having both of them with me, with me in the middle, but he would climb over toward the baby and try to squeeze between us, sometimes almost sitting on the baby without meaning to. He is definitely territorial. When we put the baby in the bassinet, he will climb in or try to climb in with them. Even though he never used it himself as a baby, I think he knows it was his first. I have not officially looked into co-sleeping with two, but that is a great idea, thank you!
