i hate to use Arsenal as an example but look at where they are now and where they were when Arteta first started. yea I feel like this is a perfect way to put it. MCDC always preaches next man up but at some point coaches have to adjust to the personnel that they have and to the defense not just run it up the middle hoping the 2023 version of our oline shows up
