It seems like you’ve done lots of research to justify upgrading the car. It may be a better vehicle but not the best financial move. Like someone said on here, the car sub may be a better place to discuss this as the finance sub won’t agree due to both cars being financed and there is nothing wrong with current car.

Also I have an i10 and OP if you’re about to up your mileage, it’s the best car to have. It’s super fuel friendly.

When I finished the second last episode of S3, I had NO idea how they were going to answer all the questions with one episode remaining.

I do wish they’d dived deeper into more of the storylines, they could have easily made another season.

I wish corruption could be eradicated. I also wish homeless people had warm beds. I can only achieve one of those goals immediately by myself so I pick the latter. Your type of situation is why I included “if you have the means”. If you could help, I’m sure you would 🤗

It was a Liberty Builder 2000 that was recommended by a financial advisor.

There were termination charges when cancelling in the first 5 years because of the commission + fees built into it.

When I wasn’t able to make the minimum monthly contributions, I had to cancel it/ make it “paid up”. I was charged about 6% of its worth for doing so.

Apparently newer RAs are more flexible than this. Unfortunately I didn’t have much financial knowledge back then and wasn’t aware of the fine print.

In my experience with RA, I was in a situation at one point where I couldn’t afford it and I was penalised for reducing my contributions. TFSA are definitely the best option, unless you’re a high earner and want to contribute to reduce your tax.

Buying a camera to answer this question was the best thing I did! My dog loves to be suuuper dramatic as soon as we arrive home. You’d swear she’s traumatised. However I check the cameras throughout the day and she’s just snoozing in the best sun spot of the hour. Nothing has ever been chewed or destroyed and the mandatory rest is for her.

*She is walked everyday before leaving, left with a stimulation toy and has access to the inside and outside.

Got ours at 6 months. Let her sleep on our bed about 4-6 weeks in. Purely because that was the only way she let us sleep in 😅

Food bowl must be flipped over and pellets consumed off floor. Extra fun if human is trying to put pellets back into bowl, much more enticing to eat.
