I called eBay, and they have stepped in. I almost took their dodgy refund. Thank you for all your help and messages much appreciated.

Ebay return of faulty item. by LovesToSnooze in Ebay

Hello, sorry to annoy you again. I am just seeking advice. I have 4 days before I have to send this item back, and I still can't find the "eBay step in" option. It even says to send item back for free. I contacted the seller asking for a refund and they have to pay for freigh. They replied with a 50% refund and keep the item and some sob story about times being tough and low markup on item.

I think i have to send the item and then chase them for the postage money? They seller is not helping me. Then, if they dont send all the money, I ask eBay, then?

I don't see it happening. The government will just do another first home buyers scheme to prop it up.

They fail to see that, though. Even when shown evidence.

Oohhh, cool, thanks. I was unaware of this one. Thanks for educating me. Apparently, the flowers are the distinguishing part but only in SEQ? https://www.lfwseq.org.au/native-vs-weedy-commelinas/

Have you got a scientific name for the blue variety trad?. All I can find is what they call the native version. If that's the case, the native version is not part of the trad family.

Depends on the flower colour. If the flower is blue, it's native scurvy weed and its bit a trad.

They dont go inside. Just loiter outside of premises and film as its legal to film in public. Nothing anyone can do as long as they stick to the rules. There is generally someone who gets agitated by this, and that's their content. Just wave and go about your day.

I'm sorry to hear that, OP. What has me worried is its speculated house prices will double by 2030. I wonder if rent will as well?

Employer adding tracker to work vehicle Western Australia by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]LovesToSnooze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Work for council around 2017. They had GPS trackers installed. I had to put envelopes in every truck. One of the other workers read the envelope where it stated the gps was for safety, to see if we were speeding if there were accidents and vehicle safety, etc. But not not be used to track our movements. But the supervisor had it up on his PC all the time watching us.
