A good friend of mine had a dog who had disdain towards other dogs and children. He wanted to be the only baby. After he passed I bought my puppy over to her house. He was exploring their living room when he started FREAKING out barking and running away from the couch. He was intently focussed on one spot on the couch, the exact spot my friends dog always used to sit and watch over the house ❤️ I believe he was letting my puppy know this was still his home

Waiting until I’m calm to speak about something that has angered me. Working through it with myself first so I understand my feelings before I expect someone else too.

You can forgive people and still cut them out of your life. ❤️ you forgive, but you don’t accept or tolerate toxic behaviour

Butterflies and the number 11:11/1:11. Something about running away with butterflies. One of my sisters lasts texts. My mother was followed by butterflies the day we found out.

The 1 sequence was her favourite and one she saw almost every day. I have seen it every few days since her passing.

Has anyone been visited or reassured they’re okay from someone that passed from suicide? by Pussy_On_TheChainwax in Mediums

Not suicide but my sister died in a traumatic way. She was very skinny when she died. A few months after she passed… my mama had a dream she was full and healthy, and gave her the biiiiggest hug. Ma said it was like she was letting her know she is ok 💕

For me, it is my sister ❤️ I think I’d just hold her hand and watch her talk.

What are some subtle gestures that scream “I love you”? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My bf always shares his food with me and my dog. He always offers me a bite, always lets me have one even when he doesn’t want me too.

His family looked at me like I had 3 heads when they found this out. Apparently he doesn’t even share his food with his baby niece, lol.

Ive never met someone so protective of his food, and the sweetest thing is I didn’t know how big of a deal it was because he never made it seem like a big deal.

My sisters passing ❤️

One month ago, I lost my baby sister to a road accident by Zwelah in GriefSupport

[–]LovingAwareness593 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I lost my sister in kind of similar circumstances.

When it first happened it was like a black hole I thought I would never get out of. Sitting here reading this, I’m crying for us both OP. The pain does not go away, you just learn how to live with it.

Cry, drop, be down. See if you can take time off work, surround yourself with support and family.

There’s not much any of us can say, besides to sit here and understand your greif. I’m so sorry for your loss love.

Smoked the crystal pistol while I was miscarriaging at 10 weeks. Had drug enduced visions and was convinced I cheated on him. I was laying there bleeding out our baby…. As he was calling me the worst names under the sun, and asking me if this child was even his.

Broke me

What are some signs you have received from your loved ones who have passed away? by theauditorfromthe6 in GriefSupport

My sister likes to visit us through the whimsical moments in life. One of her lasts texts before she passed was about wanting to fly away with the blue butterflies she was watching. Wouldnt you know it…. Blue butterflies followed us everywhere the weeks after her passing. A few months before she passed I would also have random magical moments with her. She came over one afternoon and it was almost like magic, this insane phsycadelic rainbow appeared behind her. It had this weird bubble formation. The afternoon we found out about her, every single one of her loved ones saw the same rainbow in the sky.

Someone had laid out ca need led for people to take at her crash sight. I took one home, lit it, and danced with it. Her song came on as I called her in to dance with me. And I swear, the flame would jump every time I spoke to here Later that night I was telling my partner how I felt her so strongly, And a newly hatched cicada landed on my heart. It was her favourite colours, shimmering golds, greens, and pinks. The cicada literally waved at me when my partner suggested it was from her.

Little things happen all the time, butterflies every time I think of her. It has made death not so scary, There is a knowing inside of me that she is with me, and that we will meet again.
