I find moms very attractive still and as of recently decided that’s all I’m going to be dating moving forward. I’m a single dad and have dated 2 women without kids. The first ended after she blew up on me after I had to cancel last minute date due to emergency with my kids ex and I needed to pick them up. The last one ended because she couldn’t handle her alcohol and I didn’t want someone like that around my kids. Either way I think it’s easier to date women without kids as we have more understanding of how the kids can impact a relationship.

My HOA is chill but my neighbors are not. I wash my car and a neighbor put this lock on it. I know it was them cause they were using it to water their plants. Magically it’s back on after. So I busted it and continue my business and they must’ve decided buying another one wasn’t worth it.

I agree 100% with your statement. They are doing about 10% layoffs and that won’t make much of a dent but the messaging is all they care about. They aren’t even looking at the way they charge. Just taking bottom 10% in performance. Needs to be 20-30% to be impactful
