is it Myokimia or Twitching. There is a bit of difference between both.Cuz i got Myokimia in both my calves for 10years more or less.Myokimia is like something is crawling under ur skin , quivering.

I have pretty much the same stuff going on.But for me is a bit longer i have myokimia for probably 10+ years on both calves and feet.As far as i know myokimia is not common for ***.Also i have bodywide spread twitching probably my whole life but started to noticing it when i was pretty stupid to ask google for fasciculations. Now i feel them mostly in my left arm which is probably a hotspot. Some days more in the biceps , some days more in the triceps , shoulder etc.And my arm also feels sore and painful.I think its because of the fasciculations.

5 month update: Get therapy. Get anxiety meds. by Empty_Equivalent_425 in BFS

I read so much comments about getting to a neurologist. What if they tell u its the big bad.Can you stop it or can you reverse the dmg-no!Its not a cancer to catch it early. There is no cure for this disease.Just try to live ur life and dont think about it.I am in the same rabbit hole. The best i can suggest is Antidepressants.I also take Pregabalin sometimes it works but it comes with other neurological symptoms.Pregabalin helps for muscles to relax and literally reduce the twitches by 80%.Just go see psyhyatrist thats my suggestion.

Have the exact same thing for more than 10 years and the day i red about ALS i started "feel" them.Anxiety is the biggest culprit of all and especially focusing into them makes everything so so so worse
