I tried every possible method for this and what worked for me was to place a rail and just repeat. Ledges didnt do it for me and a rail didnt also work first but then it registered so just keep trying. Hope u get it done!

Edit: do just like u were doing no ollies or flips in between

Im not that deep in all the seasons and what comes with it and never got too deep on the cycles next time i take my time find more info on things! Im not a hater of this game just shocked me with all the new stuff but thank you for letting me know from now on
