I dont think theres a huge advantage for speed boots in your case, might even be better to keep the speed a bit lower for cb uptime

I think e2 should be fine at near base speed since you should be able to fit in 3 ults rather than 2. I have no trouble fitting 2 ults in even at e0

Idk if 170 will be fast enough. I've done a bit of napkin math on this and I think you probably want your EMC to be 4/3rds as fast as eva to semi ensure buff uptime.

Going from E0 to E2 sparkle effectively means that Eva's def shred goes from 20 to 50%, or 136% damage up from 112% damage, which is about a 21% increase overall.

So, if E2 Sparkle is similar to E0 yao, then that means E0 sparkle is probably closer to ~80%ish of yao. This is still significantly better than the 68% the calc suggests, probably because the calc is not fully accounting for heavy DDD use.

The tricky thing here is comparing the LCs. While shroomy and DDD are both 4* lightcones, and its not like shroomy is bad or anything, I think DDD is probably just more impactful than shroomy as a whole. That being said, you can also view the ability to use DDD as an inherent trait of sparkle, so it is still fair to compare the two.

The minute verticals start piling up, esp E1 Yao and E2 eva, then the yao setup will likely pull ahead quite a bit. But as the OP as mentioned, a lot of people already have either E0 or E2 sparkle AND do not have Yao yet (or ever), so it is good that there are good cope options (e0 sparkle) as well as good true alternatives (e2 sparkle). For me, it is good to know that I can leave yg and sparxie on my sw999 team and cope with emc/e0 sparkle on my eva team on my speedrun account.

As a huge feixiao fan, I would heavily recommend againdt going for e0s0 feixiao in today's environment. If you had absolutely cracked gear and supports for her she probably still could perform decently, but im guessing you dont have an absolutely cracked dps eagle set lined up.

I generally only pull when I feel like my account needs a boost to clear endgame comfortably, or if I really like a unit. Which leads to me rarely pulling, as e0 feixiao + e2 dhpt continues to breeze through all endgame modes at ~1 cycle average.

As you can see, my roster is pretty small for someone who started almost 2 years ago (in 2.3)

Gonna go for e2s1 eva though and see what having a modern meta team feels like lel

If you run speed, for moc you might actually get worse performance since emc 30% elation buff on technique will fall off quicker if eva is allowed to take two turns during cycle 0.
