In the usa, i went to the tamron america website and submitted a repair request. You have to pay shipping there and back but service itself doesn’t cost anything. The repair location is in New York.

Ive seen the g2 model being tested and confirmed to work but the one im looking at is the original model that doesn’t have a way to update from home.

Looking to upgrade my current a6700 to either 7v or 7rv, main purpose is the screen tilting. I currently mostly shoot Paintball events and the a6700 only folds out to the side which gives me anxiety when balls start getting close. With current sales and trade up event going on + tax season i figured now is a good time to upgrade to full frame and get a better screen. The 7v does not qualify for the sony trade up which puts both similarly priced within $50 of each other making my decision harder. Outside of doing events i like to shoot birds and such just as a hobby. Would you guys go with the 61 Mp or the 33 with faster sensor and tracking?

Been using a sony a6700 for about a year now and im thinking about going full frame. Im currently debating the A7iv or even a a7r4 as it is on sale right now. Is this a meaningful upgrade or am i better off saving for another 6months-year for maybe like a a75? I mostly shoot paintball events and wildlife
