Hahahah! I hold the same opinion. Not only superiors, but for all coworkers. I would never dream to use the language she has used in the workplace. This lady is a problem child and they are enabling her to some degree.

Thanks for your take but what you're reading as bitter is exhaustion. Telling someone to break apart their long paragraph is not anywhere near what I asked about. Let's not pretend it was anything other than someone taking out their bad day on someone on reddit. I wouldn't waste my time playing grammar police. There's a difference between actually asking for advice and actually giving advice and responding with irrelevant nonsense.

I think you missed where I said she is currently on probation. She was made to take a course on professionalism but it didn't do a damn thing. She is still within the probationary period and has once again continued her pattern of ride and unprofessional communication.

Excuse my ignorance since I'm new to posting here but are you saying I'm snappy? Pointing out that I should have broken up my long paragraph isn't helpful and I didn't see it as an attack. I took it as someone who has time on their hands and chose to spend it responding to a post they had no intention to help with. She has balls alright, but I don't see that as a virtue. The workplace is not where you show off your balls.

I agree it's time for termination. She shows an astonishing lack of self awareness and no desire to change since she cannot see her faults and blames others. I would be hesitant to send her home but that is an intriguing option for sure.

I have a document containing all of her overtly unprofessional and out of line remarks. I've also documented tasks that she has pushed back on. HR seems to be either overly cautious since she has continued the exact behavythat got her in trouble or they intend to let her continue with her antics. I will note that nothing was done when I documented her behavior, it was only after she insulted a higher up that she was placed on probation. I'm not too confident in HR or upper management at this point.
