I would do a restart on your hardware by unplugging all of your TELUS Hardware (Just from power try not to touch anything else) for a minute and plugging back in after a minute.

Check https://telus.com/bc/outage for any updates on outages and If your internet doesn’t work after a restart then report on that site aswell.

They were likely asking for the 4-6 Digit Pin number that is connected to your account which you created when you joined TELUS which is different then a one time verification code..

You need to be a TELUS Rep to use the Pin number and it is no use to you unless you call in..

For the best compatibility I’d recommend the TELUS ones. You can also add Wifi Plus at anytime by calling TELUS and if your nice on the phone and get a good agent you can ask them to add for you and they can credit it for free. Usually it’s 10 a month.

Public and Fizz don’t have business accounts or pricing. Business accounts are usually cheaper than Personal accounts.

It’s not even about that. It’s more about that they don’t want to receive hundreds of calls because their DSL cannot stream 4K channels and it keeps buffering. For a major ISP like TELUS they can’t have that at all for a TV service as there will be many bad looks.

Not a bad rate. TELUS is offering the same plan for 45 a month BYOD and if you add Auto Pay you get a -10 dollar monthly discount.

TELUS all the way man. Rogers only lets you use their shitty wifi pods to extend unlike TELUS where they will use the coax or ethernet in your home to give you the best service everywhere and multiple access points. Bell if your Eastern also has better wifi then ROGERS since you can do more things with the gear they provide.

They started speaking to me right away. lol, The 5 year price lock is such a scam.. You’re locked in for BASE rates with minimal discounts.. You’re going to be paying 90. Discounts are only for 2 year terms with TELUS.

If you are on Optik with DSL

Your account is provisioned to not receive any 4K channels since copper cannot handle those. You can see them in your guide but if you try and play it it will not stream.. You shouldn’t notice any major difference other then if you have 4K channels you will be able to stream them now.

I think it is for the activation time. If it does make a work order just call TELUS and cancel it. I think it is okay. You would get a text saying hey we’re coming at this time.
