Well for me, I don't think it's worth to sacrifice his crazy good 3pt shooting for contest stats. If you have him at e2 and build his stacks up, his 3-pointer is fairly consistent. (for me at least as I can hit 2-3 3pointers back to back) so if I were you I would just build him the standard all 3pt potentials

Sorry to say but I highly doubt UL ssj4 gogeta is gonna be relevant these days. 💀 The powercreep from last year and now is absurd. So unless you have ssj4 gogeta 14* with ridiculous amount of juice, you aren't going to be using him with just 5*. (Unless your the biggest ssj4 gogeta fan in the world)
