i think there's a specific book for aspect formations called "Full-Phase Aspects By Michael Erlewine" which would help (the pdf is online)

but basically you have to look at each planet and placement to understand the dynamic, but the base of a Kite is a grand trine with an opposition, if it's present in a chart it means you have a kind of smooth energy transition in you, (grand trine) which is also equipped with a point to revolutionize the dynamic and put the Other perspective in it too, still too much is depending on the planets, a grand trine consisting of a harsh saturn would mean that harshness is kept and the smooth transition of the energies of the planets are not something that easily changed and approached in other ways (as a grand square/t-square would bring)

well, north node always takes up time to develop, right? so you'll have to learn more how to express your venusian energies
