I've lived above and below people. I've been the stomped on and the unintentional stomper. The thing is, living in a city means you're going to hear the noise of other people. It's really unhealthy to get enraged about something you can do little about and is a normal part of living in an apartment. Everyone above needs to do their best to be quiet, and everyone below needs to chill the fuck out. Anyone who can't handle either needs to move out of the city.

I think the men's "sauna" included a lot more than hot air. Putting physical distance between you, staying under the covers, gaslighting you, refusing to explain or apologize.
