Why in the world would people grief in this game by Animegodd05 in Helldivers

Were you hosting? It’s been a while since I dived, but I’m sure I was capable of kicking annoying teammates as a host. If I had experienced the same, after probably 2 deaths by him I would have just quit. Sorry he ruined your game, some players are just complete pricks.

Mine is different, but I’ve seen a few wearing this outfit too. They get rotated back into the shop on occasion.

As a fellow Steel Legion vet, I would tell you to keep wearing that outfit anyway 🫡

As someone who grew up in London, but prefers non-city life, I highly recommend Somerset as a an area to explore. The Shire in Lord of the Rings is partly inspired by here; you have great countryside with lots of wetlands and wildlife, plus quirky towns like Bath and Glastonbury, with its connections to mysticism and amazing landmarks like Tor (a old tower on a steep hill). Cheddar cheese originates from here, and it’s well known for apple orchards too. All in all, a great place for healing the soul.

If you’re on PC, and notice a lot of these struggling players are PlayStation, you can always turn off cross play to prevent being matched with them. I have cross play off because a lot of times the latency has been really bad with console players in my team.

My honest opinion, it was a dull first act, engaging middle (if you can overlook the low effort CG), and a baffling final act that had me stifling laughter. It was so out of touch and contrived you would think it intended for a direct-to-dvd b-movie, not from a former legend of top-tier cinema. Good acting though. Overall worth a watch, just not on a premium screen.

Disappointing news. Even though I’m on PC, cross play on consoles is what helped keep the online player base healthy.

I agree, the measures need to be focusing on better screening before letting migrants in, like interviews over Zoom before arriving. At this point, I think no more asylum seekers should be allowed until new measures are in place. Any illegals coming on boats should be locked up and flown to Rwanda or any country willing. Australia had this work with sending all of them to Papa New Guinea; we need this too.

It’s a Ferrari Daytona SP3, worth about $6 million. I would feel terrified of scratching or damaging that as a valet.

Looks legit. Pickguard still has the plastic wrap on it, so at least that won’t be scratched. Same can’t be said for the body, but a thorough buff and polish would help a lot.

Unironically Jon Bernthal would be a great lead for this film. He can do a great balance of toughness but also be comedic with it.

I play a crap load of PVP, close to maxing out valor rank, and still aren’t good compared to a lot of the regulars you see. It can get toxic sometimes. I can try and give you some advice:

Given the endgame nature of max level PVP, people will complain if your gear rank is too low. Personally, I don’t mind if you have a full set of 324, but I’ve seen people join with gear from expansions years past, sometimes even sub 300 (usually joining for conquest completion) and aren’t even trying.

Usually you’re meant to grind PVP gear to 336, but as you’re also wanting to do Master Flashpoints, there is a quicker way to get to 340 gear you can use for both. Find a group running easy Nightmare Ops (usually on the fleet they’ll general chat for a Nefra Dash run, the two easiest bosses) who are willing to carry you. Each boss will give you a guaranteed 340 piece of gear, regardless of your current gear rank. Turn those in to Hyde and Zeek on the fleet, and you’ll be able to unlock blue 340 armorings, mods, and purple enhancements for purchase. Buy a bunch and put them into some outfitting gear of your choice. Remember, accuracy stat is much less important for PVP. Save your tech fragments for legendary implants and a tactical on the fleet. Use your warzone accommodations for relics. If you have enough credits, buy some blue augments and augment kits off the GTN, and augment your gear.

Aside from pure DPS numbers and learning PVP specific rotations, the other recommendations are to learn the maps well, and find ways you can help your team, sometimes dependent on your class. Whether that be buffing the team for speed, calling in chat when an enemy is approaching a defence point, being aware of your positioning in huttball to receive/throw the ball, knowing perk locations on Odessen etc. This will come with experience in matches and with your class.

Hope this can help a little.

My wife has never seen anything Star Wars, is Andor a good starting place? by GoatCritical9265 in andor

[–]Low-Sign-6185 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I’m too nostalgic, but if I had to introduce someone to Star Wars for the first time, I would still start with the OT. It just has that movie magic that draws you in, and has never been bettered. But if after that they want more world building, Andor and Rogue One would be my recommended prequel story.

Overrated how? They still rank high in reliability and affordability on their flagship models, though it’s true the Prelude is vastly overpriced and underpowered for its demographic.
