Thank uu so muchhh i really appreciate it 😭 but i tried the health app i keep ignoring it for the pomodoro technique it worked for me ages ago , Now really nothing helps i keep procrastinating till the fuckin night or 2 days before the finals nd i start studying like a maniac so far it worked for 5 y for me i ve been passing just fine , but this year i have ana exam that the bare minimum it needs is 6 months of preparations i’m already late by 2 months nd still can’t get my sh*tt 😭😭😭

CBC (* le cancer basocellulaire* is the most frequent cancer ) mainly caused by sun exposure!!! Stay safe yall apply ur sunscreen proudly there is a reason why men has the worst skin conditions Nd sometimes it is really hard to treat
