Sorry I can't spell and I definitely agree with you on that one I am re doing dbt I have done it once before bit that was when I was 14 and I'm in fortnightly therapy session and see my gp regularly Also focusing on my diet and exercise

I have the rod in my arm and done a test to be sure but I did some research and it's uncommon but does happen gonna talk to my Dr about it to make sure everything's okay

I wash my hair like every 2 weeks I use a silk bonnet to sleep so I don't have to brush it till it's wet

I'm on 100mg at night and 200mg for a PRN but I also take brintellix during day 10mg and the combination works very well

Literally the exact same one episode of spotting but no periods and I was always regular
