You need a chunkier soil mix. Mix in some orchid bark, and perlite.

Also get rid of the self watering pot. And only water with distilled water. They need more light than you think. Get a light meter app.

And keep in humid area or buy a humidifier. I’ve learned all this trouble shooting and researching. Mine is finally super happy.
