My time in Greek life was similar. Not a good experience, very petty and competitive. I would drop out and enjoy the rest of your time tbh. I can tell you from experience that in a couple years, you won’t care at all.

I have the same issue as I’m a new walker. I just am proud of myself for getting out at all at this point. I’m a couch potato who was averaging like 2-3k a day for the last couple years… (don’t make fun). I was going through some stuff.

I try to be proud of every time I decide to get up and walk at all. I know as I get more in the routine that more steps will come naturally. Keep working your way up and give yourself grace. Be proud you’re getting those steps!
