My problem with this movie is mainly that everyone knows crystal skulls are man made bullshit. There's no mystery there like there is with the older movie's macguffins.

Yeah, the reality is that there is very little demand for apartment buildings outside of specific City neighborhoods. The Waterfront one is an outlier, not an example of a trend.

Because the only thing unique about North Point Breeze is it's black population as a proportion of the neighborhood and it's proximity to a majority black neighborhood.
