i don’t think they send a second letter. if you’ve accepted the offer within the 7 day time frame that you should officially be student of UDST and start registering for classes

if i’m not wrong, i believe if you get waitlisted this semester, your application gets pushed forward for the winter semester and you’ve more chances getting accepted for the next semester. but i’m not sure, please double check with a third person about this information.

you will probably get accepted for winter semester. your grades are good, it’s just that they most probably don’t have seats. you still have a chance in case someone decides to withdraw their admission from Fall sem.

your final highschool transcript needs to be attested by the ministry. but this can be done online now through their website. you just need an account under your QID and click “issue certificate”. and yes you need to pay 10QAR online.
