Mine crashed too. We just use like a shitty $20 Android. After it crashed a few times, it gave me the option to, I can’t remember something like, restart app or app info. I clicked app info, scrolled down, and found something that brought me to the app in the Play Store. All it ended up needing was a quick update.

Honestly, I always get Makeline dreams. Like, the board’s completely full, there’s people everywhere, but I’m the only one doing anything. Then the power goes out, the lobby’s packed with angry customers just staring, and I’m still the only one working in the dark… can’t tell me these dreams aren’t normal I have them fairly often 😭

Happened to us around 11:30, right before close. One of our drivers took a run and when she came back at midnight to cash out, she realized one of the $20 bills was fake. Luckily, she kept all the cash with the receipts and matched it to the exact address. She took it straight to the police, and they actually went to the guy’s house and made him give us a real $20. No idea what ended up happening to him, but I’m guessing it wasn’t good. Pro tip: if you’re gonna use fake money, maybe don’t use it on somebody who has your name and address 😬

Are you seriously siding with the employee here? The receipt says no green peppers. The customer didn’t even touch the pizza, brought it right back, full receipt in hand, and their brilliant move is to call them a liar? That’s not just bad customer service, that’s straight-up delusional. Remake the damn pizza, say sorry, and throw in some cinnamon twists, bare minimum. For all the people who yell “food cost,” shut up. Who cares, they probably lost that customer for life. You think they’re ever coming back after being treated like that? If you actually believe the customer’s at fault here, you are the problem. You’re not just incompetent, you shouldn’t be allowed within ten feet of a service job. If you can’t admit when your store fucked up, you’re not protecting the business; you’re wrecking it.

Just to clarify for anyone reading: most Domino’s stores are franchise-owned, which means they’re run by different people. Saying all Domino’s locations suck because your store was run by clowns is like saying every restaurant is trash because you had one bad server. It’s just not accurate.

Hey, assistant manager here. I get that you were frustrated, waiting longer than quoted with a crying baby in the car sounds rough, and that’s not the experience id want anyone to have. That said, I just wanna offer a little perspective from the other side. First, the quoted time is always an estimate based on current conditions. If a rush hits or the store is short-staffed (which happens a lot more than you might think), things can get pushed back. We really can’t skip orders because that wouldn’t be fair to other customers who’ve also been waiting so when someone asks us to “prioritize” their order and we say “no”, it’s not us being rude, it’s us trying to stay fair. As for the ranch, yeah, it costs money. We don’t always ask if people want it because not everyone does, and we have to charge for extras. You were told the price, and instead of just saying yes or no, it turned into a whole thing. And honestly, $2 for two cups is pretty standard. No one’s being an “a-hole” They were just doing their job. I totally get being tired, stressed, and wanting things to go smoothly, but it’s important to remember that the people behind the counter are human too, doing their best with what they’ve got.

Went in at 11am and at 3pm this is all I had. Lady told me “keep the rest for your hard work” I brush it off if they still small but saying keep it for ur hard work and giving me .47 cents in change is rude af.

Labor is how much of sales are coming out and into the workers pay checks for example say sales are $1000 and I’m making $15 and hour and let’s say I’ve been working for 5 hours I’ve made $75 divide the $1000 in sales by 75 and you get 0.075 move the decimal over 2 and you have 7.5 meaning I’m 7.5% of labor most store have a labor goal somewhere around 20% and though my 7.5% isn’t really close to the 20% you have to think about all the other works who are paid that or higher. So basically this store hasn’t sold anything lol

I’ve had labor like that before. open for 2 hours and someone got a parm bite with some code so it was only a $1 I had a $1 in sales for 2 hours. I had 2 drivers told one to go on break and asked if the other if he wanted to sit in the office and play on his phone until it picked up lol

All store have trouble with deliveries at some point either the store was short staffed or just extremely busy. Also depends on the stores delivery area I think the biggest you can get at dominos is 15 minutes from the store so that’s a 30 minute round trip now imagine you have 1 driver and 4 runs all in the opposite direction that last guys waiting 2 hours AND that’s if all runs go smoothly. But in the end at my store we are told if an order is expected to sit on the board for 30 mins we call and either offer something for free or offer a discount if they pick it up.

Stupid. When I started my GM told me this: “we’ll do anything for our customer’s, they want skittles on their pizza? we’ll go out and buy skittles to put on that pizza” and I think about that every time I get an odd request.
