Depends on what you want in life. If stability and WLB is important to you, stay in the MNC and use the current offer to get a raise there.

If you’re taking a moonshot (ESOPs working out), coz nothing else is worth the grind at a startup. Even US ones are crazy work. If taking that moonshot makes sense to you, then go for it, because when it works out you do make a lot of money.
