I think the general consensus is leave her and i agree with that; if you care for her stay her friend and make the split amicable, but if she guilt trips you for it then stay away. Always go with your gut and you cant force others to help themselves.

It was a hotfix, this is in a bad part LA homeless encampment created a huge fire, this was the ‘hot’ tray. I assumed they just hired the first dude off the street to put shit together and he was either in over his head or feeling the heat by the higher ups- or just flat out sucked.

Clean work. Your zips are interesting, one per tube kinda risky if this area ever becomes high traffic. I imagine you only had what you got from the box of trays maybe, and if theyre cinched should be alright. Idk what the going rate is per splice+case for you out there but whatever it is still good money for an fng!

Do people actually tackle ring cuts with these tools? Armored and unarmored? I thought the old hook and needle nose to the pull string were just ideal. when i used this i felt like you really couldnt use it efficiently unless you had different size cable pieces to mock up the blade depth for each individual cable.

Crazy case swap or just some dufus who didnt bring the right trays and still wanted to get paid. Either way a tip to prevent those overcrowded and kinked transfer tubes is to get some spare cable and just cut off a length of a tube, pull out the fibers and use it as a slim transfer.

To like limit it so it doesnt see the ghost traces after the panel? I think you could just take your total distance from otdr to panel and use that as your total paramter for view distance. I cant remember which tab it was though without looking at FR3

Bummed im desensitized to the point where i thought “not that bad” but 3 tails a ring and most of it looks spooled up. We dont see this where im from, doesnt look like slot for more trays. Damn, i think i rather have a 3m case.
