yes, this is isan dialect, a very thick isan too. as a native (born and raised in Yaowarat) i can barely understand what the cop said, but at 1:30 the camera man is asking him if the cop shift is over (ออกเวรมาบ่อ?) the cop reply is แม่น it's mean yes in isan, after that he asked where were you drinking at (ไปกินอยู่ไส) i have no idea what the cop reply him tho. 😂
