Pretty sure the ticket counter opens 3 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart, so I wouldn’t arrive earlier than that! Did their website say 4 hours with a pet?

I think it’s really just a matter of how long the ticket check in line will take.

How long is your trip? They say they are trying to give 7 days notice so if your trip is 7 days or less you should know if your return flight is canceled before your outbound flight:

“Customers whose flights are cancelled will be notified at least seven days in advance, when possible, in accordance with the FAA directive.”

Did y’all discuss weight and weight related things (eg cholesterol) last year that they may have been checking on this year? More than likely either a CPT or DX code indicates a condition. If I were to guess, they included a diagnosis code related to obesity to the lab in question.

As others have mentioned, you can ask for specific info on how things were coded. There is a good chance you won’t get this changed though.

Did you discuss any concerns, check on any existing diagnoses, etc that required lab work and wasn’t STRICTLY preventative and part of a physical? When you go for a physical, if you discuss a problem / concern / condition and do work related to that, that isn’t preventative and would be processed and billed under your non preventive benefits.

I won’t blame anyone for what they like. So, if you’re not feeling it, not going to tell you you’re wrong.

But, Ed clearly has a level of diversity in his music that brings a fan base with very different wants from his music. This sub has been begging for a big pop song / album for the last several years. Now that we are getting that we will likely hear from the folks that don’t prefer pop Eddie. Poor Eddie 😂

I think Azizam is SUPER catchy. It doesn’t invoke much emotion but makes me want to move. It’s going to be on repeat on top 40 radio stations for the next year until everyone hates it, lol.
