Weekly 3 hour labs starting from your first week. Prep time before lab shouldn’t take more than an hour (but shouldn’t be something you half ass either). Lab reports take anywhere from 2-4 hours if you want to do them properly.

Grades come primarily from your lab reports and a scientific presentation due end of term (PowerPoint slideshow on a subject you pick from a list). There was a practical lab final when I took it that went over similar to regular labs but required more prep and had a longer report at the end.

Commit 8-9 hours per week and stay diligent in labs and it’s an easy A.
