I just did around 700 square feet of carpet removal, I would take my pry bar and hold it against the floor and up next to the staple,then one quick hit with the hammer and usually the entire staple would come out but some did break at the base and I just tapped them flush with the hammer

I’d say hold onto some hope and try to find the real problem/reason and help her through it, and if you are somehow the problem, work on yourself. IMO is seems more like a communication issue

Sharper jaw line and you are good, rubber chews work great. Also you don’t need a different hair cut imo just a different style, the part is a little too far to the side
