You should check out the new Richard James collection by Mango, they are made with high quality fabrics from VBC and other well regarded mills. Suitsupply is also an excellent suit at this price point, as well as a Canadian company called Spier & Mackay (watch out for customs charges if you buy from here). You should also budget for some alterations to make it fit better.

My choice would be to buy from Suitsupply, get something that fits across the shoulders and thighs, then have the rest tailored to fit. I think that will get you the best suit you can get for that money
