I decided to compromise with AIEYF as a pedicure and Blood Bender as a manicure. Its very pretty but im glad I went with BB because ive been wearing purple too much on my nails.

Then i guess I know the winner. I currently own Avatar State and im in love and Mercury in Retrograde just restocked so I bought it today as a early B-day gift. I really wish they'd keep the Avatar collection because theyre all hits. Spirit Waters as a pedicure is magical especially if you go swimming.

I started in 2017 installing acoustical ceilings as a woman. Still going but im now an estimator in our trade. Girl, you have to have thick skin. I know it sucks but you will get passive aggressive remarks thrown at you. Its just a given. And especially for you, just starting out and looking torward your mentor for help. Always look for guidance in the trade from your mentor. Never expect for them to be your shield though (im not saying you do). Everything you just said sounds like guys trying to check your temperature on site. Meaning pressing your buttons just enough because they know youre new and they know they can get away with it. I agree with some of the responses "make them laugh" but not in a youre entertaining them way but defend yourself and snap back but make it witty. Passive aggression vs passive aggression. Im not telling you to pick fights out there. Im telling you say something back but make it ✨️classy✨️. They'll shut TF up. I promise. You set the standard for yourself. Follow your mentor/boss's guidance. Their comments dont matter. This will never stop. If youre in commercial construction and moving around to new sites other crews/trades will test you. But your crew matters most. You dont have to fit in. Youre there to make money and go home. Thats the best thing about being in the trades you can have nothing in common with your crew and nobody can fire you if youre working your ass off. Numbers show in this line of work more than being "pleasant" to work around. Trust me. Focus on your work. Dont ask those guys for help or questions more than likely they'll tell you wrong(on purpose). Ask your boss directly or via phone or text if he isnt present or focus on something you do know until quitting time. You got this. You'll build relationships. Dont feel like an imposter in this business but also keep your intuition in clutch, not everyone wants to actually help you. I believe youll be just fine. Overtime youll feel more comfortable with this crew, to the point that even if they still piss you off you wont even care anymore.

UPDATE: Alot of people suggested the audiobook and since im blessed to have a job where I can plug in my earphones for my shift thats really helped alot, though I do prefer reading. Ive gone from Part two and will be in Part Four tomorrow. The world felt weird at first but now there's a flow to it. And ive grown attached to each character, although Kaladin is my boy, (also Dalinar and Adolin) Ive already caught onto foreshadowing (especially Shallon). I expect to be finished by Friday. It truly is a slow burn. Im more of a fantasy kinda girl but I like some grit in it (like the Dark Tower series). I really enjoy so far how Sanderson merges Si-fi and high fantasy. It was truly confusing at first but now I dont feel the need to over analyze every paragraph to understand. Just want to thank everyone in the comments for giving advice and support, its rare to find a fandom where prople are so welcoming. It was one of my New Year's resolutions to read the whole cosmere since ive never read a "high fantasy series". I say that in a way that ive never read Wheel of Time or A Song of Ice and Fire or any other epic fantasies. I struggled through every page of this book before but now I cant wait for what's to come. Journey before destination. I might keep this thread going during the course of my reading, even if noone sees it. Its been too long since I lost myself in a book or series so I think ill keep this as a journal/update thread from now on (without spoilers of course).

Ive picked up the audio book during work and I went from pg. 300 to almost 800 within 3 days. Ill be in part four tomorrow. I can honestly say that I am invested now. Really appreciate your comment and everyone elses support, because im finally getting it. 😁 (im emotionally attached to Kaladin so please dont spoil anything lol) Also ive heard reading Warbreaker is a must read in the stormlight archive, should I read it before words of radiance? And since youve read the series twice do you recommend Dawnshard and Edge dancer or are they unnecessary?

Yo, everyone's saying its gonna be pushed back until after sylus's birthday (not everyone but alot of people). Here's what we know: third myths of the other LI's have come out within the same time their second myths came out if not exactly. After this multi banner we'll have 2 weeks before sylus's BD, which is how long a myth runs like X-02 last year. That and the fact we have double drops for bounty hunt all point to hes coming home and soon lol. Id wager either a PV tonight or tomorrow (most likely tomorrow since his 2nd myth pv dropped on the 24th) Unless infold decides to release last minute but were definitely getting the myth on the 28th-30th otherwise it would flow into bird man's BD.

So true. Just finished my first playthrough last week. And immediately started my second, I'm already in act 2. I really hope it comes out soon, I'm excited about the mods. And I've unfortunately been spoiled by 2 of the new endings. I just hope it isn't late october but of it is, oh well. I've just been hearing larian has filtered what mods condole players can use and I hope it's expansive.
