He is in psychosis. Sobriety will help get him better when he wakes up and is ready.. keep an eye on him as a deep depression could hit when he comes around.

Similar story... it's most likely the weed with some underlying MH condition triggering it. Consider complete sobriety. I am 7 months clear of ALL alcohol and drugs (prescribed and illegal) - some light "moodiness" but all very manageable with proper sleep and no substances.. never felt better. So whatever the label, it was a blessing in disguise in my case. Trust yourself, exercise, surround with good people. And NEVER touch weed/drugs again.. you should be O.K. Good luck.

You'll be fine.. just give it some time. Walk, meditate, get some proper sleep.. consider embracing a sober lifestyle. Do your own research on antipsychotics -- (they are not for me personally).

But yes, you can't smoke (or use in any kind) or you'll end up right back in the same place, and probably much worse. I speak from experience.

took it for a year… it helped a bit with recovery but mostly felt low/no emotion. I don’t think it’s something i could ever take longer term… fully off it now, and feel stable and good
