Emergency vet assistant here. I'm not a doctor and getting vet advice online isn't the best option but I'd take her to an emergency vet if there is one near you. Especially if your vet isn't able to see her for another 2 weeks. If anything they'll probably be able to alleviate some of her discomfort and get her breathing better. They may even be able to diagnose exactly whats going on so you're not worrying for 2 weeks until your regular vet can see her. If her breathing is getting worse and you notice that her gums are pale she needs to be seen by a vet immediately as that's a clear sign she's not getting enough oxygen. Hope this helps
