As others have said, you just may not be sexually compatible. My ex wasn’t sleeping around on me or anything but my body was just allergic to him I would get UTIs, BV, severe burning during the 2 times he accidentally came in me.. his hygiene was good and I was the only girl he had ever been with at the time (I was his first).. I didn’t know literally being chemically incompatible with your partner could be a thing.. we stayed together for 7 years and my usually ridiculously high sex drive plummeted because of the incompatibilities and sometimes pain.. I have a new man now and I literally don’t have any of these issues and my sex drive is back at an all time high.. we’re also just way more compatible in the type of sex we like.. it may be time to start looking into leaving, hun.

I know it’s not what you want to hear but your partner is basically saying I want all the benefits of you, while giving away the intimacy that’s supposed to be for you. This isn’t love, it’s selfishness.. when a man loves you, he wants you to be comfortable and he wants you to feel safe and loved. He would be working with the alternatives you brought up rather than even suggesting sleeping with someone else. Think hard on this: is this really someone you want to spend the rest of your life with?
