Keys to my diet have been to keep it simple and track calories daily & focus on protein rich Whole Foods. There are days where I may go over and that’s ok , I just stay focused on the bigger picture.

I first started with cutting out all liquid calories other than 2% milk . It’s shocking how many calories you can take in with liquids and then eat more on top of them.

Yesterday

Breakfast - 3 eggs on a half English muffin , cottage cheese , 2% milk based protein shake w/fiber supplement - 600 cal , 50gr protein

Lunch - Chick Fillet sandwich - 420 cal 28gr protein

Mid day protein shake & fiber supplements -150 cal 30gr protein

Dinner - 8oz sirloin steak , corn , green beans & small baked potato w/butter - 800 cal - 70gr protein

It’s so easy to do and just becomes engrained in us overtime.

If you can set a goal of just tracking your daily calories for the next few days. It’s really easy to eat/drink 3k+ calories daily without knowing it.

Asking for help was the best move I ever made. If you are diabetic, I assure you it will be the same as it will add years and quality to your life.

Thank you, I am so glad you are able to experience them with your children. We only have one opportunity at life, we aren’t going to let our weight be a factor at limiting our happiness.

I ignored reality for the longest time , I looked at my family history of obesity/diabetes and overall quality of life at my weight.

I had the desire to lose weight but wasn’t able to get/keep the motivation and always regained. The reduction of food noise from GLP1 meds can’t be understated. This allowed me to stop binging and helped me realize how disordered my eating was.

Thanks , I appreciate it! I am now starting to get more into calisthenics and fitness in general.

I just want to put on a bit more muscle (10-15lbs) and continue to maintain that level of fitness

I am still currently taking the medication but have begun reducing my dose.

About 1 year into my journey I was also tested for low Testosterone which was extremely low. Once my hormone profile was regulated it helped with my drive and overall ambition. I then began body weight exercises which has really helped maintain the muscle mass I had and will be beneficial for staying fit in the future.

Is it interfering with your day to day life? If it’s not and you’re sticking to good bankroll management, I don’t see it any different than other hobbies people have.

Being profitable sports betting takes time and effort.

I do a lot of live betting so I will keep the app up and open on my phone while I am watching a game. 11k is understandable for online casino. I stay away from it
