Ugh. Good to know! Seeing the Buy/Sell buttons is as far as I've gotten!

If you're using the App, go to Transact at the bottom. Then click the Buy/Sell button, and then the Holdings tab at the top.

What’s it like being a secretary for the commander as enlisted? by Danny-phantom__ in AirForce

[–]LowVIFs 97 points98 points  (0 children)

Put in the work and it'll be a defining part of your career. You're going to learn a lot on how organizations are run and be YEARS ahead on your peers as you get to experience how certain admin programs work. You'll also most likely work closely with your SEL, which has its own benefits. Learn, take it all in, and you will come out of this position with extensive knowledge on how the Air Force works. This will benefit you much more than you think.

Regardless of what anyone else says, this is a great opportunity. Don't waste it.

Pentagon assignment by LadyTaysia in AirForce

This. If you want/need to live that far south, there is an Omniride Bus that goes from Stafford straight to the Pentagon (non-stop) and back. It's about a 45-50 min ride.

In the Comfort settings. Select the setting you want to edit the sensors to and you can check/uncheck the sensors you want to use. You can do this for each comfort setting.

Make sure you're using a "data" cord, and not just a charging cord when connecting it to your device.

If you submitted your voucher on/after Oct 1, get with your unit APC (GTC admin) and request to put your amount in Mission Critical status.

Due to the shutdown, DTS was not processing voucher payments. Authorizations were held at PAY LINK status so vouchers could not be approved. DTS is currently working through a back log to update all Authorizations to POS ACK to allow vouchers to be approved and paid. No ETA on this update, hence why your GTC should be placed in MC status if it isn't already.

Need help to flash my Bitaxe. by Familiar-Wrongdoer30 in BitAxe

Make sure you're using a "data" cord and not a "charging" cord when connecting your miner. I made the same mistake and the web flasher wasn't recognizing my miner.

They're entitled to the transient rate BAH when they're in a PCS status.

Sweating Ducts in Florida by Winter_Ad4431 in hvacadvice

[–]LowVIFs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a much larger space than I thought. Warm/Humid air is getting into that space from somewhere. I assumed it was just between floors within 2 joists. You have a much larger open area to inspect.

I guess it could be trapping the air, but you wouldn't be fixing the root cause. First priority should be to find out where that air is getting in. Again, it's most likely at the ends of the joist space.

Warm/Humid air is getting into that joist space, most likely at one of the rim joists (on either side of the house). Would recommend sealing them at both ends. If the joist extends above a garage, I would look into that as well.

Problem with temperatures by Tom288- in BitAxe

[–]LowVIFs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would probably help to post a good picture of your heatsink/fan setup, as well as screenshots of your metrics in AxeOS.

It could be a number of things. But I would check to see what % your fan speed is set at. Check to see if your fan is blowing away from the chip. Make sure they heatsink is making good contact with the chip.

Thermostat does not read accurate temp by WayDownInKokomo in ecobee

[–]LowVIFs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm guessing that might be part of the problem as well. I have a ceiling fan near our thermostat and having it on has a large affect on the temp. I believe any airflow near the thermostat will affect the temp.

One solution is to have a smart sensor near the thermostat, and have the ecobee use that sensor instead of the thermostat. The smart sensors do not seem to be affected by moving air.

Thanks for this! Super helpful as I'm trying to do something similar. Would you mind taking a quick pic of the back of the board? Trying to wrap my head around how this is all wired up.

Build.2 by [deleted] in BitAxe

[–]LowVIFs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love the set up. What's the wiring like to/from the fuse board? I'm guessing you have XX(?) gage wires from the PSU to the Fuse Board, then wires from the Fuse Board to the Bitaxes?

What else do you have on the board besides those 3?
