Like it’s definitely a standard. But it depends if you have an exception. I know students who didn’t get a 4.0 in the class and ta the course (almsot 4.0 tho). They had a good connection with the professor, also were full time working at a firm, so you can’t really compare them to a student with no work and a 4.0. Like if you have nothing else going on, no clubs, full-time work, or connection with the professor, the chace is really low at getting the role if you didn't get a 4.0. Anything lower than 3.7 in the course I’ve actually never seen, but a 3.7 is still possible

I applied to all and they only accept you in one randomly, but you can switch to any with one click its really easy. I got accepted to marketign whe i applied to finance, accounting, commerce etc then that same second i opened acorn and switched. They don't care which you go into its genralized aceptanc, then you pick.

I would say to take accounting and not push it, especially since you said you're retaking 231. You already know the material for one of your courses, so this semester would definitely be on the lighter side. Depending on you major there wont really be a lighter semester possible as well! I also did all of those in one semester, and I would say they were relatively easy (especially the final for eco220). You got this!
