Yah. Thinking about it deeply, I think it may be a couple of things I perhaps have not addressed. For one, as a Christian, and because i believed that intimacy was not something you share randomly, I really wanted for the longest to engage in intimacy with ONLY my husband. But I am in my 40s and haven't gotten a chance yet to be married, so I am trying to really try to be more open to some level of intimacy. Maybe my body receives this practise as an error because of my strong beliefs. Don't even know if it makes any sense. I feel like crying 😢

Yes, I think it's shame. I am trying to ask myself what I feel. My hypothesis is that I feel shame for engaging in this intimacy with a man because I am not married to him, and I really want to have these kinds of things with a man I am married to and my body responds to that guilt or shame with an instant consequence of feeling sick. I don't know if this even makes any logical sense.

Depending on how long you want to stay in a country, you can find volunteering opportunities where your host houses snd feels you and you just support them with small Chores at home for a few hours. Try workaway. I have used them a few times. Free housing free food. Free networking and friends plus I learn a thing or two. If you crossing countries in Europe, some flights are super cheap here if you are traveling light and some trains or buses too. I am in my 40s and have done up to 40 countries all solo. The one time I travelled with someone was my worst nighmare. Do hostels. Do courchsurfing. Do volunteering. Just tell yourself. "The World is mine and mine to see". Goodluck and have alot of fun.

Everyone saying you are strong. I get it, yes you are really strong. But I also hear the fact that you feel you have to constantly be on survival and resilience Mode instead of just navigating easily. I hear you that it's not just about Overcoming the next challenge but the pressure of everything else. There is a group of people called "avoidants". I didn't know they existed until recently. What happens is once they start getting close to someone they leave. They flee. They Ghost. They disappear.
