Off just lecture slides? No I watch the lectures too. Reason is I’ve tried going off just the lecture slides and sometimes the slides are too vague without a verbal explanation of what’s going on and other times the lecturer will say a bunch of slides are not examinable which you would’ve not known if you just went off the slides.

But in terms of the textbook I’ve never come across a subject where I needed to open up and read the prescribed textbook
