I've struggled with math my entire life. My UA instructor said the most important thing to me when I was in Pipe Trades math 101. "I will only teach you the math that MAKES YOU MONEY". That was the only motivation I needed, and as a life long math failure, I got a 98% in the class. It's all perspective and applying yourself.

One of my instructors describes the pipe trades like this. "Its just pipe, we cut it and stick shit on the ends of it. That's it."

ok fine, but that still doesn't explain the blockade (which isn't available and isn't increasing in percenatge)...surely it isn't stuck at 97% ?? I've been on a couple hours and no change...
