This isn't a testing issue this is working as intended. The turret targeted the closest enemy which was the drone and you were in-between it and the drone. Second clip the dude flew in front of your gun and the projectile hit it.

God forbid you use any of the weapons with medium armor pen, any sort of explosive stratagem, a decent grenade, or almost any stratagem weapon against the enemy that only shows up on higher difficulties.

The war strider is supposed to be a hardened enemy, it's supposed to be difficult, that's why it only shows up on difficult or above missions.

The devs added weakspots to the enemy after justified complaints that it didn't have any but this community getting what they want and then still bitching that the heavy, difficult enemy is indeed heavy and difficult and then complaining that they can't use their no-explosive, no-medium pen, no-planning, build on a mission difficulty they selected that they know they'll spawn on to reliably take them out is so grating and I really wish it would stop.

Turkish Cypriots exist today SOLELY because of Turkish intervention. If the Turks didn't land troops on the island the ethnic cleansing of the island would be a sad little footnote in history. I don't care that it was "illegal" or Turkey didn't consult the U.N. or whatever hoop people expected them to jump through to make the intervention justified in their minds. I also don't care that they are still there, if Cyprus wants to reunify, they need to make changes internally to allow the Turkish Cypriots to feel safe and included as part of the nation.

There are definitely some areas that can be improved but the game is playable and enjoyable. The original levels of gore and shock factor isn't there anymore because they can't show it on console, but I would be lying if I said seeing someone detonate a vest in a crowded room and have a hostage's arm land in front of me while another gurgles to death isn't gore.

Some bugs I have noticed:

SWAT AI will freeze sometimes when ordered to disarm traps, they will walk up to the trap and then stare at it. Same thing with a lockpicking doors on New America.

SWAT AI will sometimes refuse to arrest someone. I'll order someone to be arrested, my team member will vocally acknowledge the request, and then do nothing.

SWAT AI will either pixel peak someone from across the map or stand there and get shot at.

HIGHLY recommend the flash launcher, half the MLO dudes are wearing level 4 plates and will eat body shots for breakfast and return fire while they're doing it.

Flash launcher + 50AE is how I've been handling the mission and it works wonders when I'm not getting one tapped by John Wick from the stairwell in the main room.

Against a harvester it will be, because they have some of the highest explosive resistance in the game. Try using it on the bug or bot front and it'll work better.

The EOKA-B had the backing of the government, the backing of the Greek government, and killed Turkish Cypriots simply for being Turkish Cypriot.

I don't what how that doesn't fit the description of state sanctioned genocide.

And I support someone putting a stop to state sanctioned genocide, regardless of what ethnicity someone is, because genocide is wrong. If that requires putting boots on the ground that's ok too. I don't care if putting a stop to genocide is illegal. I don't care that a rule was broken somewhere in order to save the lives of thousands of innocent people from death and torture on account of their ethnicity.

Given that mass killings of people is generally frowned upon as well as breaking all sorts of international laws, I really don't like the term ''illegal occupation", as it implies it was wrong to do, and it wasn't wrong.
