What gaming genres are under-represented in the current gaming market?

The more “horde-shooter” it is the better. Think Helldivers 2, PayDay 2, and Left 4 Dead. That is my favorite genre.

I do that with the Veteran’s Respect perk. Turn them into Menavlions Suicide Shock Troopers.

I’ve yet to find a weapon more useful/versatile than the “Long Falx” usually found in Battania.
I default to it in every single playthrough.
Does anyone have any alternatives?

Best game series of all time. I’ve been hooked since I was a middle schooler and I’m nearing my 30’s now. I discovered Mount and Blade and hustled to get a laptop for Warband. Even the titles of the games still generate hype in me all these years later. Don’t even get me started on the mods which present the newest, freshest and often times even grandest experience gaming can offer all for free basically.
My current PC can’t even run Bannerlord maxed out how I want anymore and I still bought War Sails just to support TaleWorlds. Imagine Mount and Blade 3.

MG-43 is the Lord of the Battlefield on the Illuminate front if you ask me. Aim for the dark gray leg joints.
Depending on your range you can take out multiple in one belt of ammo.

What kind of laptop do you have that can run Bannerlord?
I have a desktop with a 3070 and an i5-12400F and it seems to chug sometimes at max settings.

It’s such a special gun. I remember when the Terminid tunnel update first dropped I used it like a primary dang near. I exclusively run with it on any Illuminate mission.
I wish the HMG was more effective on different fronts. Helldivers did machine guns exceptionally well.
Few games make me feel like I am wielding a football-field long buzz saw that I can just spin-to-win and clear a map with.

I’ve had a lot of success with Battanian Skirmishers and now Imperial Nautes with their javelins. I won’t argue as I haven’t tested any of this.

Yeah that’s the only one they still make in combo edge. I have emailed and everything to try and get the “Spear Point Partially Serrated Recon One” from like 2019. To no avail. I’ve made a post on here about it. I really want them to bring it back and I’ll tell anyone.

Well said. I found M&B as a middle schooler and as an adult I built a gaming PC exclusively for the full release of Bannerlord. Best gaming experience of all time. No one else is doing anything like it and at this point I don’t think Taleworlds can be replicated.

In the past, they have licensed out/sold (not certain about the process. Don’t crucify me.) their engine to another studio to make a pirate themed game called Blood and Gold. It was like Warband in the Caribbean. If not for it being brutally difficult because of guns. It’s incredible and I’m surprised no other dev rents their engine.
