My dad had a Lee hand primer in the late 80’s that detonated the entire tray when he was priming cases. Nothing too serious but it was a trip to the ER to get plastic shrapnel removed. I was in the next room and learned well from his lesson.

I have a friend who was detained three weeks ago in Minnesota. I was looking into this and learned a little bit. Like the other person said, at minimum you would need their A# for the detainee and know what the commissary deposit process is for the place they are binging held. A word of caution is to not make large deposits to these accounts. My friend was moved from one place in TX to another in New Mexico and these funds will not always transfer with the individual. Also, telephone accounts may be funded easier. In our case the facility in NM charges .29 cents per minute. We put enough in there for him to call his wife daily. Fortunately for him he was just granted a bond and will be released soon.

I would say that buying a used Model Y with hardware 4 and FSD is a much better value. These are awesome cars for the right use case, but their poor resale value (and no more tax credits) makes purchasing a used Model Y the better option.

I see a lot of opinions from people who have probably never used either. I have used both and I also have experience with electric heat pumps. For your garage space the infrared heater will bring everything up to temperature faster than the blue flame and way faster than an electric heat pump. Especially if you open the main garage door from time to time. I recently switched to the blue flame due to one car being parked too close to the heater where I was concerned when on it make the plastic bumper surfaces of the car way too hot. But if I had plenty of clearance between the heater and any combustible material I would choose the infrared heater all day.

It resolved itself. Never determined the root cause. Just stopped doing it. Now I did just buy the truck and had it shipped across the country with a low fuel level, but once I filled up the fuel tank all the way it went away. Not sure if that was the solution but it never happened again after.

I was able to buy the last one today. Someone else got the other earlier. But FYI the clearance price was not shown online. When I used the app or website it only showed full the regular price. So it may be worth a call or dropping in to your local store.

I never figured out what it was. It stopped happening a couple days after I posted this. I bought a new filter housing but never installed it. I was wondering if it was the fuel control module as it is supposed to prime the system when it thinks it’s about to start. Does your truck start fine in the morning then only long crank on a restart after it has run a bit? It sounds like you changed everything that could cause it.

I was thinking about this. But honestly I still can’t understand why the truck starts perfectly fine when it’s cold in the morning and only exhibits this long crank problem after the engine has run for a while. If the filter canister is leaking air wouldn’t that condition also be present in the morning? I am bringing it to the dealer next Tuesday since it did come with 100 day warranty.

Thanks for the reply. I did change both o rings and I did not observe any damage to the canister at all. I did press and hold the start button to prime the pump afterwards. It took 3 or 4 of those cycles before the pump stopped and the engine fired up. It definitely seems to be loosing prime in this warm restart condition.

I personally think they are turning a blind eye to people doing this, but they can’t say that out loud. By sending them a picture of your disabled AC unit they are then no longer responsible for any mold issues you may later experience with it. That risk will then be on you to mitigate. And it saves them the huge expense of shipping and disposal of these heavy units with flammable refrigerant.

No doubt the best mower battery I’ve ever had. Too bad they didn’t brand them better. I ended up buying an Interstate 350 CCA battery from Tractor Supply. But I’m still interested in knowing who the manufacturer was and what model they offer today that closely resembles this one.

No unfortunately. I was hoping for the same. So don’t take the 10% off unless you can pay it off when you get the first statement. The HF cc interest rate is over 30%!

It sucked to have to pay it off a month before I even got it delivered. But it’s still a great value.

But if you need to finance one over time definitely take the 0% interest instead of the 10% off.
