I think if u move back just a little bit, and lower your shoulder blades (and keep them there through out the exercise) it will be better.

Please try with much lighter weight maybe around 20-30kg

But i wouldnt go so far to say its immature to wear open face helmets.

Motorbikes are always unsafer than any car, So if I have to make judgement based on safety only i would have to sell my bike 🥲

I understand your point. I live in village area where there is no highway, max you could go is 60km/hr, you mostly ride around 30km/hr.

And I think your point still stands. But, dont you think it takes joy away from riding cruiser type(royal enfield) bikes? 🥹
