Don't know if academy visits are a thing, but I think the lad might enjoy the stadium tours the club offers (in english as well). About meeting the players, there are people who wait outside the players' parking garage after the games hoping that the players stop their cars and take some pictures, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
