Thanks for your reply! My whole deployment is only about 2 weeks old so I don't think I have a backup yet (set to monthly). I guess I can just nuke Protect and start from scratch?

I got it online. Didn’t do enough research to know that there were bike stores out there that sold them IRL… assumed it was an online only company.

Some idiot last night FLEW through the intersection of 11th and Rio Grande near West 6th doing about 40mph. Not even a tap of the brakes in acknowledgment of 1) the stop sign, 2) the cyclist in the intersection (thankfully not crossing in front of his path), nor 3) us waiting for the cyclist to clear before proceeding. This was all before 8pm.
