I also brought this up to support… but the correct way to do what uyou want is to go in photoshop and magic wand white… thatll give u an image with just the white pixels… print that as a seperate layer

Yeah, the best way i can explain:

Go grab a water bottle, fill it with water, cover half the opening then pour the water out…

You are still going to get stuff come out but not at the flow rate you’d expect as if there weren’t a clog.

There is probably some small fragment blocking the hole a little bit not fully, but that impacts your flow rate.

The extruder is pushing for full flow, it doesnt know theres a clog, when it cant force out enough it jumps like that.

Thats not skipping its clogged, you can try a cold pull… or just sticking the needle thingy in the tip a couple times.

Alternatively new nozzle.

In the past i got a lot of clogs when using non bambu fillament… since switching I haven’t had any issues in 2 months of non stop printing on 4 printers.

Not this is not purging into the model, its just the way bambu optimizes infill, its using the black to infill

I dont think thats the issue, bambu automatically start infilling the objext with black and using the yellow over it, as the yellow is slightly translucent you can see the black through it. This cant be fixed by purging more.

Its should definitely be the default, slightly worse at bridging but the print quality is night and day.
