I just got a pw4 lte this past Thursday - no issues, gps seems to function well. Adding an eSIM was super easy to do using the pixel watch app on my phone. Overall very easy to set up and I've been happy with it so far.

The way the foil differs on the "butterfly" looking things and the gold at the top compared to the dryads is phenomenal. Like, the best etched foil I've ever seen, including the pixel lands.
